How old do I have to be to be able to book one of your condos? You must be at least 25 to rent one of our vacation properties. Photo id must be presented at the time of booking. If you book a reservation and are found to be under the age of 25, your reservation will be cancelled and you will be held to our cancellation policy rules.
When is my remaining balance due on my reservation? The reservation balance is due no later than thirty days prior to the first day of rental. If payment in full is not received on time, the reservation is subject to our cancellation policy. The reservation date is less than 30 days of arrival, payment in full is due at the time of booking.
What is your cancellation policy? Please contact our office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel your reservation, change your dates, or change properties. If the reservation is canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date, the guest receives a full refund. If the reservation is canceled at least 7 days before the arrival date, the guest will receive a 50% refund. Once your reservation has been confirmed, any cancellations, date or property changes will be subject to this cancellation policy. To prevent loss of rental payments, we strongly recommend purchasing CSA travel protection.
What time can we check-in to our rental? Check in time is a 4:00 p.m. the day of your arrival.
What time is check-out? Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. the day of your departure.
When will we receive all of our check-in information? You will receive your arrival instructions one week before your arrival date.
Is smoking allowed in the vacation rental? Smoking is NOT allowed inside any of our rental properties. Each resort has different policies on, if and where you can smoke on the resort premises. You can contact our office to find out if smoking is allowed anywhere at the resort or contact the resort, itself. If it is found that you have smoked inside one of the rental properties, you will be subject to additional fees for deep cleaning and or damage, as per our rental agreement.
Are linens provided with my rental? Yes, linens are provided for you in your rental. We do not provide beach towels.
Is there Wifi at the rental? Yes, all of our rentals do have free wi-fi. The password will be printed on the outside of your welcome packet envelope.
Who can we call for emergencies while staying in the rental? Call our office immediately. If it is after office hours, please call the emergency number provided in your check-in instructions. The number is also on our phone voice recording. Please only use the emergency number for actual emergencies that cannot wait until the next day when the office reopens, ie power or ac outage, water leaks, fire etc. And of course, if there is a fire, call 911 first.
Are toiletries provided in the rental? We provide one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one roll of paper towel, two laundry detergent pods, two dishwasher pods, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, a sponge, clorox cleansing wipes, one kitchen trash bag, one trash bag in each bathroom and body soap bars.
Where is the nearest airport? Pensacola International Airport located at 2430 Airport Blvd Pensacola, FL 32504
